We hired Bob Bredel over a year ago to list our house in San Carlos. We had tried to sell this same house once previously with another agent, and knew that due to a less desirable location and some troubles with the neighbors, that the challenge of selling our home could be formidable. This time around we chose to list with Bob for several reasons. He was always quick to respond via text, email or phone (there is a slight possibility that he may be super-human;) and he has an intelligent and resourceful team to back him up as well. He will not let you down. As soon as we listed with him, Bob and his team didn't waste any time getting their painters, stagers, and inspectors in. Each one notably friendly and professional. The entire process was seamless. And the end result was several offers well above asking price. Following the sale of our house, we used Bob to help us find and put an offer in on a new house in town. He offered valuable advice on how to proceed and never hesitated to get us in to see a home. When we found the one we wanted, Bob handled the offer in a manner both judicious and smart. In a position where we were competing against a dozen other offers, we were thrilled to find that we had the benefit of an incredibly savvy and dedicated agent on our side. I honestly don't think we could have gotten this house without him. You just can't go wrong with Bob Bredel and his team on your side. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!
