We have bought and sold six homes in different parts of the country so have had many realtor experiences. Bob tops the list! He is professional, knowledgeable, responsive and not one to overreact in an over-reactive market. We found Bob based on many recommendations of SC residents and he really is the San Carlos expert but also has a very good handle on surrounding towns. Without his San Carlos market connections we would not have found our dream home in 1 week! Though our search was short we did have some issues pop up during escrow and we were very happy with Bob's firm but calm handling of the difficult situation and glad for his experience as an attorney; in that we had to draw and re-draw up addendums to our contract. I really feel like Bob had our best interest in mind and would use him again but hopefully we won't need to.
